Ode is a handcrafted wooden urn that brings together a photograph, candlelight and a small amount of ashes in one personal remembrance. Your chosen photograph becomes part of the design, giving someone you love a visible and meaningful place within Ode.
Handcrafted from elm, beech and ebony, Ode combines warm natural wood with a matt white edge and a fine dark line of ebony. A tealight can be placed beside the photograph, allowing you to light a candle whenever you want to pause and remember. Alternatively, the space can be used for a small plant.

The Moon is quite a bit bigger than the LittleWood mini urn but it still has a format you can cuddle and hold easily. The urn has a soft finish and is inviting to the touch. The grain in the wood can be clearly seen. The urn is closed with a neat stainless-steel lid which is engraved. What makes it all very subtle is that there's a trim integrated in the edge which gives a lovely finish. What I personally like about the Moon is that it doesn't immediately look like an urn. That way, Mum can be with us without us being unable to move forward.
