If you order a photo product from us, we process the photo that you provide to us for the purpose of producing the product. This photo is printed on the product. Other than the photo, Memories to keep does not process any special and/or sensitive personal data.

We may also obtain data about companies from the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce.

1. Customer data included in quotations, invoices, and order and payment records are retained for 7 years for the purpose of complying with our statutory administrative obligations.
2. Email messages, online contact forms, and private messages via social media in which agreements are made are retained for 5 years, as this is the statutory limitation period for claims for damages and these data may serve as evidence.
3. Data used for maintaining website statistics are retained for fifty (50) calendar months.
4. Reviews on our website and social media channels are only removed if you submit a request to do so.
5. Responses under posts or blogs generally remain visible, unless you submit a request for deletion or the blog or post is removed.
6. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Each newsletter contains an option to do so.
7. Photos are stored in the online environment and on our computer until delivery of the product. After delivery, the photo is deleted.
