Yes. Many of our urns can be personalised with an engraving on the metal lid. We are currently adding this option to our online ordering process, but it is not yet available on the website.

The dimensions of each urn are listed in the product description. As every urn is handcrafted, slight variations in size may occur, making each piece truly unique.
Every urn we create is unique. We do our best to photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, because each urn is handcrafted from natural materials, slight variations in colour, wood grain, or texture are to be expected. These natural differences are part of what makes every Memories to Keep® urn truly one of a kind.
All urns by Memories to keep® can be easily opened and securely closed using the key supplied with your urn. When your urn is delivered, you will also receive a printed instruction booklet with clear, step-by-step guidance and illustrations to help you open, fill, and close the urn. Non-personalised products can be returned within the stated return period, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. Personalised products cannot be returned. For full details, please refer to our return policy.
We use reclaimed wood and wool felt sourced from Dutch suppliers, and whenever possible, we work with local businesses in the province of North Brabant. By choosing these materials, we aim to create our urns in a more sustainable and responsible way.
The wool felt used for our Cocoon urn is is fully biodegradable.
