• After notifying us, you have another 14 calendar days to return the product.
• You can choose to exchange the product or receive a refund.
• To receive a full refund, the product must be returned in its original condition and without damage.

• Yes. You may carefully unpack and examine the urn, just as you would in a shop or at a funeral home.
• Please handle it with care. An urn that has been filled or used cannot be returned.

• Carefully pack the urn so that it is well protected during transport. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
• Please include the order confirmation you received by email.
• Send the parcel in a sturdy, undamaged box that is securely closed.
