No. Unlike all of our other urns, the Cocoon urn cannot be personalized.

The Cocoon is made from 100% natural, biodegradable materials and is therefore fully biodegradable. This makes the urn an environmentally friendly and sustainable option.

No. The Cocoon is only available in the light color shown.

Yes. The small Cocoon is intended to hold a small amount of ashes or another symbolic element. For example, you might choose sand from a natural burial site where the ashes were entrusted. In this way, something tangible remains close, while life itself is gently returned to nature.

With the Cocoon urn, the ashes can be buried at a (natural) burial site, where the urn, made entirely of 100% natural materials, will fully return to nature.

The urn is suitable for burial, but it can also be given a quiet place in the home. Thanks to its soft, understated design, the Cocoon naturally blends into any environment and offers a calm, comforting presence.

Yes. The Cocoon can be filled by you yourself, but this is not required. Choose what best suits your feelings and situation. Some people experience this as a meaningful moment in their process, while others prefer to have it done by someone else, such as a funeral director or the crematorium.

The urn is designed so that it can be easily opened and closed. Upon delivery, you will receive an instruction booklet with clear explanations. This also ensures that the Cocoon remains accessible later on, for example if you decide at a later time to use a portion of the ashes for memorial jewelry.

If you choose to give the Cocoon a place in your home, we recommend using the plastic ash bag that is supplied.
